Delivery charges are calculated according to your destination, chosen service and the type of products in your order.

Important Information

Dispatch and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Orders containing products that are made to order, customised or temporarily awaiting stock will be dispatched once all items are ready.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders containing multiple products will usually be sent together unless otherwise agreed.
  • Remote areas and some international destinations may require additional delivery time.
  • Delivery services and prices shown at checkout are based on the products and destination entered.
International Orders

Customs and local charges

International orders may be subject to local customs charges, import duties or taxes after dispatch.

These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your Espayo Equestrian order total. Any charges requested locally are payable by the recipient.

Our team will provide the courier with the documentation required to process your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning your order

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you need to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return it within a further 14 days.

We recommend contacting our team before sending your parcel so that we can provide advice and help your return or exchange run smoothly.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn and returned in a resalable condition.
  • All original labels, packaging and product accessories must be included.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured return service.
  • Customised and made-to-order items cannot be returned.

UK exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for sending the original item back to us, but replacement items for UK exchange orders are dispatched free of charge. This means you will not need to pay a second delivery charge for your exchange.

Exchange items are subject to availability. Where the requested item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund.
