Samshield 2.0 Premium Helmet Liner
Measure around your head 1–2cm above your eyebrows and just above the tops of your ears, over the widest point at the back, with your hair as you wear it to ride. Choose the shell from the table below; the liner sets your exact size within it.

Between shells (55, 57, 58 or 61cm)? Start with the larger liner and we will swap it if the helmet feels loose. Rounder head shape? Ask us for the Round V2 liner. Every helmet comes with a free liner.
The Samshield 2.0 Premium liner leaves out the front section of the standard liner for extra ventilation, so it is the cooler choice for summer and for riders who run warm. It fits every Samshield 2.0 helmet, Miss Shield or Shadowmatt, in any finish.
Which size
The liner must match your shell: Small takes 52, 53, 54, 55 or 56; Medium 55, 56, 57 or 58; Large 57, 58, 59, 60 or 61; Extra Large 61, 62, 63 or 64. The shell size and liner size are printed on the label inside your current liner. Choose the same size you would in the standard 2.0 liner. Our Samshield helmet size guide shows how to measure. Care and replacement
The liner lifts out and washes at 30°C; air-dry it away from direct heat before it goes back in. We recommend replacing your liner every year or two depending on wear. Every new Samshield helmet from Espayo includes a liner free.
